How to Claim: |
To claim a gift, the claimant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: a) fully complete and submit the online survey (via the email link provided); and b) upon completion, an email will be sent to them with a sign-up code for Drinks Cart. They must then sign up to Drinks Cart using this code by 11:59 pm AEDT on 19/10/25 to have the credit added to their account.

- The claimant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Claim (and the Schedule) and that claiming a gift in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Claim (and the Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Claim have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date (“Promotional Period”). Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the claimant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
- Valid and eligible claims will be accepted during the Promotional Period, while gift stocks last.
- No part of a gift is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other gift or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
- Each gift will be awarded to the person named in the claim and any claim that is made on behalf of a claimant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
- Claimants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter directly or through its agents or contractors. By claiming a gift, the claimant consents to the Promoter keeping personal information on its database. The Promoter may use this information to conduct and manage the Promotion and for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the claimant electronically. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which is located at https://asahi.com.au/privacy. The Promoter collects personal information about claimants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the claimant’s personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion, to communicate with the claimants or in storing data and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as the Philippines, New Zealand, the UK and the Netherlands. If the claimant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter’s direct marketing communications will, where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), contain a functional unsubscribe functionality that the claimant may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By claiming a gift, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of the Promotion.
- If a gift is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the gift is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party gift supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the gift at the time it is issued to the claimant will prevail over these Conditions of Claim in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the gift, any delay or failure relating to the gift itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Claim or otherwise.
- Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Claim restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected claims, or suspend or modify a gift, subject to State or Territory regulation.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of claims and claimant's details (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence). If a claimant cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their claim, the claimant will forfeit the gift in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible claims, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to claim a gift. Claims containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach these Conditions of Claim, any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to claim a gift. The use of any automated claim software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and may render all claims submitted by that individual invalid.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify claims in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Claim. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a gift, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the claimant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision, acting reasonably, will be final.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any gift (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
- The claimants will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the claimant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the gift or acceptance of the gift.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

Welcome to Club Connect, a program operated by Asahi Beverages (Asahi Beverages, we, us or our). Below are the terms and conditions which apply to your use of Club Connect (Terms). Please review and ensure you are comfortable with the Terms before using Club Connect. If you have any questions about the Terms please contact us via our contact centre on clubconnect.net.au
Certain legislation in Australia may provide consumer guarantees or impose obligations which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. These Terms are subject to such legislation, including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law.
Purchases & Partnership Fund:
We will pay you a Partnership Fund for purchases of products you make using our nominated online ordering platform (Products), subject to the following conditions: (a) purchases of Products may be subject to separate terms and conditions provided to you at the time of sale which will apply in addition to these Terms; (b) the dollar value of Partnership Fund will be as stated on the Club Connect platform, or shared with you specifically, from time to time; (c) Products you purchase must be supplied by you to an end consumer for consumption; (d) Partnership Fund will be calculated by reconciling its records of Products purchased by you and will be made available to you towards future orders using our nominated online ordering platform, and (e) we may from time to time specify to you that the Partnership Fund is not available for certain Products.
Use of data:
We will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy available here. Please review our privacy policy before using Club Connect.
Your Account:
As part of the set-up process for Club Connect we will require you to set up an account (Your Account). You are fully responsible for maintaining Your Account (including the security and authorised use of and access to Your Account), and we will not be responsible or liable for any improper or otherwise unauthorised use of or access to Your Account, including unauthorised purchases or other activity not unauthorised by you as the proper manager of Your Account. Please keep Your Account secure at all times and notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of such security.
Termination & suspension:
We may terminate your access to and use of Club Connect immediately on notice to you if you breach a material provision of these Terms. We may suspend your access to and use of Club Connect immediately on notice to you if we need to for a legitimate business need.
Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Connect and its related entities excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind (including special, indirect or consequential loss or loss of business) arising out of or in connection with your use of Club Connect or any content on the Club Connect platform, and the use or performance of Club Connect. Where the law (including without limitation the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) implies a warranty or guarantee into these Terms which may not lawfully be excluded, then provided it is fair and reasonable to do so, Asahi Beverages' liability for breach of such a warranty or guarantee will be limited at our option, to any one or more of the following: (a) in the case of goods: replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; repair of the goods; payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and (b) in the case of services, to either resupplying the services or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Information & security:
While we endeavour to take reasonable care in preparing and maintaining the information on Club Connect we do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, adequacy or completeness of any content. You acknowledge and accept that such content may include technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, and subject to change at any time without notice and may not necessarily be up-to-date or accurate at the time you view it. We do not guarantee that access to Club Connect will be uninterrupted or free from viruses or anything else which may damage any device which accesses Club Connect or any data on such a device. You must not attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with Club Connect or any material or content displayed on Club Connect.
Intellectual property:
As between you and us, we own or licence all intellectual property rights in any content on Club Connect (Our Content). We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty free, non-transferable, personal licence to use Our Content for the purpose of using Club Connect in accordance with these Terms. To the extent that you provide any content to us (Your Content), you provide us with a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use and copy Your Content as required for us to provide Club Connect, and you warrant that your provision and our use of Your Content will not infringe the rights of any third party or contravene the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Third party sites:
The Club Connect platform may contain links to other apps, websites or platforms operated by third parties (Third Party Platforms). Unless otherwise indicated, Asahi Beverages or its related entities does not control, endorse, sponsor or approve any such Third Party Platforms or their content nor provide any warranty or take any responsibility whatsoever for any aspect of Third Party Platforms or their content.
General:
These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties in relation to your use and our provision of Club Connect and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, understandings or agreements between the parties;
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and the courts of appeal from them in respect of any proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms;
A provision of these Terms, or right, power or remedy created under it may not be varied or waived except in writing signed by the party or parties to be bound;
If the whole or any part of a provision of these Terms are void, unenforceable or illegal in a jurisdiction it is severed for that jurisdiction and the remainder of this agreement has full force and effect and the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected.
South Australian customer - receiving online deliveries:
If the liquor is to be delivered to an address in South Australia, the liquor may only be delivered between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm.
Signed Declaration:
You will be required to sign a declaration confirming your name and date of birth. You must also present acceptable proof of age and identity. Your name, date of birth, address and details of the identification provided will be recorded in the declaration. We are required to keep this record for one year.
If you unable to comply, we will not be able to complete the delivery.
Penalties:
It is an offence for a person under 18 to falsely claim to be of legal age or to present false identification for the purpose of receiving liquor. This offence carries a maximum penalty of $2,500.
Additionally, any person who instructs or encourages someone under 18 to accept delivery of liquor may face a maximum penalty of $10,000."
