What is Club Connect?
Club Connect is your club’s one-stop shop for drinks and bar snacks. Order online, get free delivery straight to your club when it suits you, and earn credit on every case through your Partnership Fund. T&Cs apply.
Why did Asahi create Club Connect?
To make life easier for volunteer-run clubs and support grassroots sport. Many clubs don’t have beverage sponsorships or regular contact with a sales rep- Club Connect closes that gap and helps clubs raise funds.
Is the website open to anyone?
Club Connect is designed for community sporting clubs - as a wholesaler we do have a couple of requirements to check before allowing access. Registration takes less than 3 mins! You will just need your Club’s ABN number and if you want to purchase Alcohol a the Liquor Licence Number
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There’s no contract, no sign-up fee, no minimum spend, and no exclusivity. You’re free to order when and how you want.
My club is sponsored by a pub or wholesaler, can I still use Club Connect?
We recommend continuing that relationship. If things change, we’re here when you need us.
Any other benefits?
We regularly run fantastic offers and give our members the chance to try Asahi’s newest products, make sure you opt-in to marketing comms

Account & Verification
How do I sign in?
Use the email and password you receive once your account is verified. If you cannot recall your password, click forgot password link and a new one will be with you in a minute. Still having trouble? Get in touch:

How long does verification take?
Usually one business day. If you don’t see an email by then check your junk folder or get in touch!
Why do I need verification?
To confirm your club details, ABN, liquor licence (for alcohol orders), and delivery address, this ensures compliance with legal requirements.
What is a liquor licence and where do I find it?
It’s government approval to serve alcohol on your premises. Your licence is usually displayed at your club’s bar or can be found via your state’s liquor licence register. If you don’t have a licence you can still order a wide range of soft drinks, sports drinks, bar snacks and merch from us
What is an ABN and where do I find it?
An ABN is your Australian Business Number. You can look it up at abr.business.gov.au.

Partnership Fund
What is the Partnership Fund?
The Partnership Fund rewards your club every time you order drinks or snacks through Club Connect. You earn credit that you can use on your next order or save for a big event. T&Cs apply.
How do we earn credit?
Credit is added automatically based on what you order, currently the credit value is:
- $4 per case of alcoholic drinks
- $2 per case of non-alcoholic drinks
- $1 per case of chips
There’s no limit, your credit accumulates with every case you order. Keep an eye out for our promotions to boost your Partnership Fund even further.

Delivery Model
How much is delivery?
It’s free. Always.
When do you deliver?
Monday to Saturday, in a time window that suits you! Choose from:
- Weekdays: 10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm, 4pm–7pm
- Saturday: 10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm
Do I need to be at the club?
Yes, someone over 18 must sign for the order.
Do you deliver regionally?
Currently within 150km of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth CBDs. We’ll expand as we grow.
Can I track my order?
Yes, our delivery partner will share tracking for your order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, order what your club needs.

How do we pay for orders?
Accepted credit card only, and once you build it up, you can use your credit.

Products We Offer
What can I order?
Packaged drinks and snacks from brands you know and love - VB, Great Northern, Carlton Dry, Vodka Cruiser, Hard Rated, Schweppes, Pepsi, Gatorade, and Smith’s chips. Plus a whole lot more.
We also have fantastic merchandise from these brands and money can’t buy fundraising items from our sports team partners.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes, soft drinks, sports drinks, and water.
Can I order kegs?
No, packaged only. If you need kegs, email us and we’ll connect you with an Asahi sales rep.
