Orders & Delivery
How much is delivery?
It’s free. Always.
When do you deliver?
Monday to Saturday, in a time window that suits you! Choose from:
- Weekdays: 10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm, 4pm–7pm
- Saturday: 10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm
Do I need to be at the club?
Yes, someone over the age of 18 must be there to recieve and sign for the order.
Where is my delivery?
You should receive tracking and delivery notifications to the email and phone number listed under the delivery address. If this isn’t coming through, please get in touch with us:

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! We understand that each club is different, and you are free to order as little or as much as you wish.
What is the cutoff for delivery?
Order by 1 pm, two days before your delivery date. For example, if you want your order on Thursday, place it by 1 pm on Tuesday. You can place an order up to two weeks in advance.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you are in Victoria, SA or NSW, reach out to the team, and we’ll help if we can. Please note that someone over 18 must be there to receive delivery. In WA and QLD, we can only deliver to the licensed venue by law. You’ll also need to get in touch if you wish to change the delivery contact.
Can I add delivery notes?
Yes, you can add notes at checkout, such as asking us to call someone on arrival or provide instructions on where to drive. The option to do this comes up at checkout.
Can I pick my order up rather than have it delivered?
Not at the moment. Our orders are all custom-packed at our warehouse, so pick-ups aren’t possible. However, you can choose the time and day of your delivery to ensure it works for you.
I missed the delivery window. What do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule your delivery.
Some of my order arrived damaged, or an item was missing from my order.
Sorry that happened! Reach out, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change an order after it’s placed?
Yes, if it's within 2 hours of placing your order, we should be able to help. Contact us quickly to make changes.
Account Management
On the top right-hand side of the page, there is a small person icon. This is your account page. From here, you can add someone to your account, see all your past orders, and view your credit history.
How do I download an invoice?
In your account details:
- Click on the orders tab
- Click on the order number, and the order details will come up with a button on the right-hand side to print the invoice.
- Please note you can only print invoices for orders you placed. If you need an invoice for an order your team member placed, reach out to them or us, and we’ll send it through.
How do I add someone to my account?
Click on User Management
- then Add New User to send an invitation to join your account.
- New users will be able to see past orders, place their own orders, and use the club’s Partnership Fund. To remove someone, please reach out to us.
I need to pay by invoice, can I?
Currently, we accept credit cards only- but reach out to the team and we can see if we can find a solution.
Can I get a copy of all past orders?
Yes, download invoices from your account or email us for a full history.
What happens if my club closes for the season?
Your account and Partnership Fund credit remain active; use them when you’re ready.
Promotions
Why don’t you run any promotions?
We do! Lots of them. You may not be getting our promotional emails and text messages, so you’re probably missing out.
Send us an email and we’ll happily add you to our mailing list. If you’ve signed up but aren’t getting them (we typically send one about once a fortnight), they may be going to junk mail - whitelistclubconnect@asahibeverages.com. Reach out if you need help.

Partnership Fund
What is the Partnership Fund?
The Partnership Fund rewards your club every time you order drinks or snacks through Club Connect. You earn credit that you can use on your next order or save for a big event. T&Cs apply.
How do we earn credit?
Credit is added automatically based on what you order, currently the credit value is:
- $4 per case of alcoholic drinks
- $2 per case of non-alcoholic drinks
- $1 per case of chips
There’s no limit; your credit accumulates with every case you order. Keep an eye out for our promotions to boost your Partnership Fund even further.
You can also refer someone to Club Connect—when you do, you earn a $200 credit, and they earn $100. See Referrals below.
Where do I find my balance?
Your balance is on the navigation bar at the top right of the home page. You can also see your credit history by clicking the account icon and selecting the Club Connect History tab.
How can I use my credit?
Apply your credit at checkout when placing an order. In the payment section, a slider will appear.
Does the credit expire?
No, your Partnership Fund credit never expires.
Referrals & Rewards
How do I refer someone to Club Connect?
Go to your account tab (the person icon on the top right) and click Invite Club. Enter your friend’s email address, and they’ll receive an invitation from you. If they sign up, $200 will automatically go into your Partnership Fund, and the other club will receive a $100 credit.
